Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2015 annual general meeting of the Old Carey Cricket Club Inc. will be held at Carey Sporting Complex (Gadsden Pavilion Room) on Monday 20th July, 2015 at 7.00pm for the following purposes:
1. To receive the report of the current committee and the accounts for the year ended June 30th, 2015.
2. To elect a President under the articles of association of the club
3. To elect a Vice-President under the articles of association of the club
4. To elect a Secretary under the articles of association of the club
5. To elect a Treasurer under the articles of association of the club
6. To elect 1 or more ordinary committee members under the articles of association of the club
A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is also entitled to appoint a proxy to vote, and attend, instead of him.
